Northern Kerala, commonly called Malabar covers the districts of Malappuram, Kozhikode (Calicut), Wayanad, Kannur and Kasargod. Though Malabar had a sea port a thousand years ago, and had links with Arabia it is emerging on the tourist map only now. A novel attraction in Wayanad is the so-called `tree houses', a new tourism concept. The city of Thalassery in Kannur district was the seat of the traditional martial art called Kalarippayattu. An ancient port, Kappad in Kozhikode is a beach resort today. Vasco-da-Gama landed here in 1498 AD. Legends have accorded a mystical touch to the history of Kappad. There are several Ayurvedic health parlors too here. It is just 14 km from Kozhikode town.

Cancellation Charges
In the event of cancellation of the package more than 48 hrs prior to the commencement of the journey, cancellation charges of INR 100 / US$ 10 per person as administrative charge will be levied.
In the event of cancellation of the package 48 hours prior to commencement of the journey INR 1,000 / US$ 20 per person will be levied.
An administrative charges of INR 100 will be levied in case of child ticket.
No refund will be possible after completion of the first leg of the journey or after the passenger has checked in at the airport. No refund will be allowed in case of No-Show.
In the event of cancellation of flight due to unavoidable circumstances, the passenger will be entitled to a full refund of the package amount. However, in case of availability of hotel rooms and seats on the next flight, and if the passenger so desires, they will be accommodated.

Passenger should get in touch with the Airport Duty Manager in the event of any disruption/delay in connecting flights.
