VISA PROCEDURE TO UAE

1. FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ON  EMIRATES  AIRLINES 

There is good news for people flying to Dubai on Emirates Airlines.

If you are flying to Dubai on Emirates, a visa can be obtained within 3-4 days from the Dubai Visa Processing Centre (DVPC) in Delhi.

 The DVPC, a product of Emirates, facilitates the processing of visa applications locally. So, not only does the electronic visa save you from the rigorous visa procedures but also saves your time and money, at the same time giving you the flexibility to stay at the desired place. Also with the help of the DVPC, now you need not locate a sponsor in Dubai for the Visa. 

To acquire a visa through DVPC, you are required to submit a visa application, the respective fee through demand draft, passport, Emirates air tickets and other required documents. After the application is processed and documents checked for verification, if the visa is approved, the visa status will be uploaded electronically without the hassle of any paper work.

Monday To Friday:                0930 to 1700 Hrs
Saturday:                                0930 to 1330 Hrs

FOR VISA PROCESS, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AS WORKING DAYS, AS THESE ARE THE WEEKLY HOLIDAYS IN DUBAI & IMMIGRATION IS CLOSED

2. FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ON OTHER  AIRLINES 

To process Dubai Visa, the passport/s must be valid 6 months longer than travel date and we require the following document information:

• Clear passport copies (copies of all pages indicating the complete details).
  
  
• Full name - Nationality - Date of birth - Place of birth - Marital Status - Profession - Qualification - Date of expiry - Arrival / Departure Flight Details (Port of entry/exit) - Languages spoken - Father's Name - Mother's name - Passport Number - Date of issue - Place of issue.
  
  
• A letter from the Company / Organisation stating the reason for the trip.
  
  
• Kindly note UAE Immigration laws does not permit issuance of visas for ladies under 30 years travelling alone and the lady needs to be either accompanied by her parents/spouse. Please send attested marriage certificate for newly married couple whose passport are not yet endorsed.
  
  
• Visa fee in advance.

Approval of visa applications is at the discretion of the UAE Immigration. Visa Fees are non-refundable in case of any delay beyond our control or rejection. We cannot be held responsible for, or be held liable for the consequences of any delay or rejection of the visa applications by the UAE Immigration.

 

The approved visa copies can only be released to the clients along with the hotel vouchers (after receiving the full payment). In case of any cancellation, un-utilization or no-show, cancellation charge of 3 nights stay plus visa fee will be levied.
